Crackle Paste produces an interesting matte, crackle texture when painted onto painting surfaces first, creating more dramatic effects on your paintings. This paste is highly versatile as it is suitable for both acrylic and oil paints. In order to create more cracks in your paintings, apply a layer of acrylic/ oil paint first before adding crackle paste as the second layer.

Note - Dries to a white, opaque finish, which usually take up to 3 hours. The duration of the drying time usually depends on the amount of paste used - Suitable for a variety of surfaces such as: canvas, wood and polymer clay - Recommended to use a flat taklon brush to apply the paste onto painting surfaces - Make sure the paste is applied evenly and gently onto painting surfaces to ensure the formation of cracks
